Click 'add item' |

Choose an appropriate category for your item |
 |
Enter a short heading (title) for your item |
|
Enter a description of your item |
|
If you will post the item to a member, enter the estimated postage cost and type of postage (ie second class). If not, click 'pick up only' |
|
Click browse and choose a picture of your item from your PC. You do not have to upload a picture. Pictures will be resized during the upload process. |

Click 'Add Item' to save (1 credit will be added to your account) |
2) I have an enquiry for my item. What do I do?
Reply to the enquiry by email and confirm that the member wants the item. |

Log into your efreeko account and find the item under the 'my items' sections of your account |
|
Click edit for this item |
|
Towards the bottom of the screen choose the successful member from the list of members (all members who have emailed you about this item will be listed) |
|
Click 'save changes' |
The item will now be removed from the listings and your chosen member will be able to pay you by paypal for postage if you have entered your paypal details. |
3) The successful member wants to pay P&P by paypal. How do they do that?
Firstly, check in the 'details' section of your account that you have clicked 'paypal' as a payment method and that you have entered your correct paypal email address |

Make sure you have chosen the correct 'winner' in the details of your item (go to 'my items', click edit by the item and the 'choose winner' section is at the bottom of the screen) |

Tell the winner of the item to log into their efreeko account and find your item in their list of 'items of interest'. Next to your item, there will be a 'pay by paypal' button. |
|
The member can click this button to be taken to paypal to pay you directly. |
4) When and how should I delete my item?
You can leave your item active on efreeko as long as you like. As soon as you have chosen a successful 'winner' it will be removed from the listings. |

To delete the item, go to 'my items' and click edit next to the appropriate item. |
|
Make sure you have chosen a successful 'winner' from the list at the bottom of the screen or have chosen 'no winner' if the item didn't go to a new home. |

Save the item if you have made changes and then click 'delete item' |
|
The item will now have disappeared from your list of items (1 credit will be added to your account if the item went to a new home) |
Wanted items
1) How do I list a wanted item?
Click 'add item' and then 'add wanted item' |

Choose an appropriate category for your wanted item |
|
Enter a short heading (title) for your wanted item |
|
Enter a description of the item you want |
|
Click 'add wanted item' (2 credits will be removed from your account) |
2 I have had an email from someone offering me the item I want.
Reply to the enquiry by email and confirm that you want the item. |

Go to 'wanted items' from within your efreeko account and click 'edit' by the appropriate item. |
|
Choose the person offering you the item from the list entitled 'choose offering member'. This will remove the item from the wanted listings. |
|
At the bottom of the screen is a list of members who have emailed you about this item. If you wish to pay for P&P by paypal and the member offering you the item offers paypal, click the 'pay by paypal' button to be taken to paypal. |

Once complete, delete the item (this will add 1 credit to the account of the person offering you the item) |
Credits
1) How does the credit system work?
The credit system is a way of rewarding members who give items away on a regular basis. The more items you give away the more 'wanted items' you can list. Also, we plan to give away prizes, once the site is fully up and running to members who consistently have high credit scores.
The best way to get credits is to list items and for your items to go to new homes.
Here is how credits are allocated:

* This credit will only be allocated once the member listing the wanted item has deleted it. If your credit doesn't appear, please check with the member that they have deleted the listing
